BeautyMeet Affiliate Partner Agreement

This Affiliate Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is between BeautyMeet Inc. ("Company," "we," "us") and you ("Affiliate," "you") and governs your participation in the BeautyMeet Affiliate Program ("Program"). By creating an affiliate account you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate registration information including a valid email address and phone number.
• You must not be a current employee or contractor of BeautyMeet Inc.
• You may not register a second affiliate account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated without payment.

Upon registration you receive a unique referral link (e.g. beautymeetapp.com/r/YOURCODE). A customer booking commission is attributed to you when:

• A new customer (one who has never previously completed a booking on BeautyMeet) visits BeautyMeet via your referral link within the preceding 30 days, AND
• That customer completes their first paid booking with a status of COMPLETED.
• Commission is earned once per referred customer — repeat bookings by the same customer do not generate additional commissions.

A provider sign-up commission is attributed to you when a beauty professional registers using your referral link and completes their account setup.

Attribution requires the referral cookie to be present at the time of booking or sign-up. Clearing cookies or using private browsing may prevent attribution.

• Customer referral rate: $5.00 USD flat commission per referred new customer, earned on their first completed booking only. One commission per referred customer lifetime. The rate may be revised with 30 days' notice.
• Provider referral rate: $5.00 USD flat commission when a referred beauty professional completes their account sign-up on BeautyMeet. One commission per referred provider.
• Commission forfeiture: If the qualifying booking is cancelled, results in a no-show, or is refunded, the associated commission is forfeited and will not be paid.
• Hold period: All commissions are held for 30 days after the qualifying event (booking completion or provider sign-up) to allow for cancellations and disputes.
• Minimum payout: $25.00 USD. Commissions accumulate until this threshold is met before any payout is processed.
• Payout method: Stripe Connect (required). Payouts are processed automatically via your connected Stripe account. You are responsible for completing Stripe onboarding before earnings can be transferred.
• Automatic payout (no fee): Once your available balance reaches $25.00 and your Stripe account is connected, earnings are automatically transferred to your bank within 24 hours at no charge. This is the default payout path.
• Manual cash-out fee: You may request a manual payout before the daily automatic cycle. Manual cash-outs are subject to a 5% processing fee deducted from the transferred amount. The net amount and fee are displayed before you confirm.
• Tax responsibility: You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings. BeautyMeet will issue a 1099-NEC if your annual earnings exceed $600 (US affiliates). You may be required to provide a completed W-9 form before commissions above the $600 threshold are released.

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Self-referrals (using your own referral link to book services for yourself).
• Paying or incentivising others to click your referral link without completing genuine bookings.
• Spamming, unsolicited email campaigns, or deceptive advertising.
• Bidding on BeautyMeet branded keywords in paid search.
• Misrepresenting your relationship with BeautyMeet or making false claims about the platform.
• Generating artificial clicks, impressions, or bookings through bots or automated means.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use BeautyMeet's name and logo solely to promote your referral link. You may not alter the logo, create derivative works, or imply endorsement beyond what is factually accurate.

This Agreement is effective from the date you create your account and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Your referral link is deactivated immediately.
• Commissions that have cleared the 30-day hold will be paid out on the next scheduled payout cycle.
• Commissions still in the hold period are forfeited if termination is for cause.

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, hold periods, and program terms at any time. We will notify active affiliates via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Program is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding earnings, click volumes, or booking conversion rates. Affiliate earnings depend entirely on your promotional efforts and the actions of third parties.

BeautyMeet's total liability to you for any claims under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three months preceding the claim.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, consistent with our Terms of Service. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
